Bridging The Gap
We started with a single, pressing question: Why are so many talented graduates struggling to find work?
After years of researching the gap between traditional higher education and the real world needs of employers, we realized that the “old way” of teaching wasn’t cutting it. Students were graduating with theories, but the industry was looking for creators and problem-solvers.

Graduation day wasn`t just about celebrating our second cohort of 50 graduates under the dignifying Jobs for Women in Construction, it was about celebrating the families who stood by them and the communities they’re about to transform.
For many families, this isn`t just a certificate. It’s financial relief, a steady livelihood, and a future rewritten. Watching these young women receive their credentials and starter toolkits brought pride and so much joy to our community.
When you skill a young woman, you uplift an entire household.

Certified decorative masons 👩🎓🧱
All trainees in our Dignifying Women in Construction program were awarded certificates in decorative masonry following four months of intensive, hands-on training to prepare them for professional practice in the construction industry.

100 young women Impacted🏗️✨
On Saturday, we hosted the graduation of our second cohort under the Dignifying Women in Construction program at our campus in Busiika.
With this second group of 50 graduates, a total of 100 young women have now benefited from the program, gaining practical skills for the construction industry. It’s a huge milestone for us, for these graduates, and for the communities they’ll serve.
This transformative, four-month practical skilling initiative is designed to equip young women primarily young mothers and girls from less privileged backgrounds who lack access to higher education with high value technical skills to earn a living and elevate their lives.
